A girl visit this white hair dude every year in a post apocalyptic world where water has risen. She asked why he doesn't move into "Mainland" but he insist to die in this place that he is living, they do lewd in every room in that housing project. As the new year comes, she is leaving and turns out to be a ghost that visit him once a year.
