This was a fun, quick read about a perfectly ordinary (?) day in the life of 2 neighbors, an unnamed 29-year-old female office worker and Yuu (悠), her neighbor who occasionally helps her out with doing the groceries (because of her back giving out from time to time...). The art in this short is just about average (and the censoring during the sex scene doesn't exactly help either...), but the comedy in this is well done, and the silly art here and there does help to accentuate that and increase the joke value. As this is only a oneshot, the sex scene is pretty short and for that doesn't feature many different fetishes, aside from X-ray (one panel), french kissing, ahegao, and the fact that well... she is a Milf with big breasts. Besides the hentai, the story focuses on the love–hate relationship between the two of them (mainly the girl; the guy wavers more towards what you might call a "male tsundere", except not really...), which is quite funny. ––– 6/10
